Throughout development, humans walked and slept on the floor and obtained in the Earth a natural, nurturing, and mild electrical energy. You might have felt this while walking barefoot on a sandy beach – an awareness of well-being. That feeling is the earth’s electrical energy climbing up into the human own body, the result of the epidermis of your body using all the”skin” of this conductive Earth.
Our modern lifestyle has separated people from this stream of subtle omnipresent surface energy. Now we use insulative rubber or plastic-soled sneakers which obstruct the stream unlike in the 1960s when we wore leather-soled shoes. To put it differently, we lose the fantastic negative electrons once we use rubber-soled shoes. Our ancestors and those individuals living in third world nations were/are grounded – they wore/wear no sneakers and they ate uncooked food. The fantastic thing is that our body shops electrons (in the ground ) and will deliver electrons from harm. Research now indicates it is our Telomeres (in the base of our DNA) shortening that generates aging.
Dr Gerald Pollock says that Grounding/Earthing ourselves constructions the water in our body so there is a negative transfer of electrons at the cell membrane. That is the reason why maintaining good hydration is so important, for when we’re dehydrated we’re electron deficient. Water rids a hassle, not a painkiller. Earth yourself on the Earth when doing yoga or your own exercises/squats, sprinting, etc., as this delays the start of muscle soreness (due to inflammation). Being Earthed allows plentiful free electrons to join the entire body, which can be electrically conductive. Earthing, which enriches ATP (like good nutrition), has been proven to be the ideal way to ease pain in controlled research. Whenever we supply electrons to create ATP (energy) it enables ATP to not only revive cells but revive and fix cells together with all the raw materials.
